Register for myNSFAS Account
Go to the nsfas login page via my.nsfas.org.za. Click on the "create account" tab. Provide your first name, last name, applicant ID, email, and contact number. Read and accept the terms and conditions. Enter a new password and confirm it. Complete the captcha field. Click the create account button.
Check NSFAS Application
Login to the myNSFAS Student Portal. Click on the myNSFAS tab in the navigation menu. Enter your username and password. Click the Sign In button. Access your NSFAS Dashboard. Click on "Track Funding Progress."

- Awaiting Academic Results/Admission: NSFAS is checking your academic results and admission status.
- Awaiting Registration: NSFAS is receiving data from your institution to create a bursary agreement.
- Signing of the Agreement: You need to sign your bursary agreement for NSFAS to disburse your allowances.
- Payments: Allowances have been paid through the NSFAS mobile wallet or your institution.
